How to use
CalForPrint is a calendar maker designed for printing. It takes just three steps.
Step 1: Pick a month
Use the ◀ ▶ buttons to choose the month you want. What you see on screen is exactly what will be printed.
Step 2: Adjust the layout (optional)
- Mon / Sun — switch the first day of the week
- Monochrome / Color — switch the weekday header colors
- Landscape / Portrait — switch the paper orientation (A4)
- Holiday — turn holiday display on or off
Your settings are saved in your browser and restored on your next visit.
Step 3: Print
Press the Print button to open your browser's print dialog. Choose A4 as the paper size.
If you don't have a printer, you can save the page as a PDF from the print dialog and print it at a convenience store or print shop.
Common ways to use it
- A family calendar on the fridge — everyone writes plans by hand
- A shared staff calendar in a shop backroom or office
- A notice of business days and closures next to the register
- A quick one-off when you only need this month, or stores no longer sell calendars
Holidays
The holiday country is detected automatically from your browser language. Add ?country=xx to the end of the URL to switch to another country's holidays.
